Elles Bailey has released her latest single and shared an accompanying video to go along with it.
Award winning, genre-defying singer and songwriter Elles Bailey has released a new original single ‘Love Is Gonna Win’ out on Friday 26th February, with an accompanying music video. Elles co-wrote ‘Love is Gonna Win’ a couple of years ago with Australian-born, Nashville-based singer/songwriter Tamara Stewart, as she says, “I’ve been thinking a lot about different songs, written in a different time that are somehow now reflecting the state of the world. Songs like Mary Gauthier’s ‘Mercy Now’ or Elton’s ‘Border Song’… ‘Love is Gonna Win’ was written with Tamara Stewart in 2019 and I had this track finished for quite a while, but now I feel that the time is right to finally release it… We have all lived through a time of isolation, but I really wanted to use the video to celebrate my fans’ ‘Lockdown Heroes’, and spread the message that in the end love will always win!’ The track sees Bailey offer a sense of optimism in an otherwise despondent year and is a signal of gratitude to the lockdown heroes.
